Admin organizing information, supporting teams, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Marketing are responsible for promoting products, services, or brands to a target audience

Relationship Managers typically build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, assess client needs, manage accounts, and support sales efforts, among other responsibilities

ISA are responsible for prospecting and nurturing leads, primarily through phone and online communication, to qualify potential clients for the real estate team.

The position we are offering will require you to be on the phone all day making out going calls to Real Estate agents. You will be inviting them to Live, half day events in their area where our CEO will be speaking on various Real Estate topics and teaching from his 30+ years of experience, on how to succeed in their chosen field.

Leads will be given to you but all calls will be cold calls. This position requires the following.
*Excellent spoken English skills
*Utilize and maintain CRM data in the moment
*Answer questions and overcome objections by being an excellent listener
*Turn feedback into action and self-improvement
*Have a top producer mindset by being competitive and goal oriented

Other skills you will use:
*Do not take rejection personally
*Must be an excellent listener, assertive, persistent and persuasive
*Customer service
*Soft sales
*Written and verbal communication
*Outbound calls
*highly organized
*Basic working knowledge of CRM platforms

You will need to have your own computer and a headset with mic to be used while working from home all day. Additionally you will need to have strong internet connection and the ability to multitask, utilizing multiple platforms at the same time.

You are simply inviting Real Estate agents to a live event.

We will teach you all you need to know to be successful in this position. You will learn how to ask probing questions and overcome objections to create strong relationships with our coaches and clients leading to a strong retention rate.

Our Marketing team needs an assistant that will be able to help on multiple levels with our Social Media Coordinator, Event Coordinator and our Director of Marketing. This assistant has experience in maintaining campaigns and has done so for months at a time, not as a freelancer.
This is a long term career opportunity, not a freelance or otherwise short term job.

Responsibilities:
The right person for this job will have high technical knowledge of how the web works and will be able to help manage and maintain campaigns at an intermediate level to high level
*Update up to 3 pages a day on company Website
*Build 1 page a day on company website
*Maintain health of company website daily
*Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance with company compliance policies
*Campaign assistance- help director of marketing set up campaigns that will produce at a high level (these are long term campaigns, not just an event promo or a product release campaign. (though those will be done as well)
*Facebook ads Manager
*Google ads (GLSA experience preferred but not a requirement)
*Understanding funnel campaigns and digital marketing strategies with the Club Wealth World-Class Standard (not required, but desired)

Our Marketing team plans, handles and markets for more than 100 events every year with a team of up to 5. The right candidate will be a high level performer who can take their given tasks and get them accomplished before deadline. You will be a self starter and add to the growth of this department.

Facebook and Google ads experience
Canva
InDesign
Adobe Illustrator
Photo Shop
YouTube and TikTok experience preferred but not necessary.
