Hey there, I’m Ryan Nicholas, your go-to guy for all things real estate in the Northern Virginia area. I’m a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, and real estate runs in my blood, with both my parents having been Realtors since before I was born. My dad, Damon, is a widely respected and accomplished leader in the industry and leads our team. It’s been an honor and a privilege to work closely with and learn from both him and my mom, Debbie.

With over a decade under my belt on one of the top teams in Northern Virginia, I’ve seen it all. My background? Well, I’m a proud graduate of both Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, and the University of Virginia; I studied economics and psychology with a minor in astronomy (why not?). Straight out of college, I dove into the world of marketing and sales as a district manager for an international marketing company, so you could say I know a thing or two about getting the word out.

But here’s the thing: real estate isn’t JUST about numbers and sales pitches. It’s about understanding people, their needs, and their dreams. As an athlete in team sports my entire life, I’ve learned the value of hard work, teamwork, and definitely have a healthy dose of competitive spirit. I know when to be aggressive for you. And on the flip side, my amazing brother Danny, who has special needs, taught me patience and compassion in ways I couldn’t have learned anywhere else, so I know the importance of treating every situation with care and grace.

When I’m not pounding the pavement for my clients, you’ll find me chasing my kids, Brooks and Summer, around with my amazing wife Cynthia, who I’ve been married to since 2017. You might also find me playing basketball, enjoying a good whiskey with friends around a fire pit, serving at my church, taking a boot camp class, enjoying some good food, taking in a good book (probably personal development related), or traveling the world. Oh, and I bleed DC sports. If you want to talk Commanders, Caps, Wiz, Nats, I’m always up for it.
