I’ve spent my career in the trenches of real estate, building a business, leading a team, and navigating both the wins and the losses that come with it. As the team leader of The Keeney Home Team in Hampton Roads, Virginia, I specialize in listings while leading and mentoring buyer agents who serve our clients across the region.

Over the years, I’ve developed systems for lead generation, listing conversions, team structure, and client service that have helped our business grow while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity. My coaching style is practical and honest. I’m not here to give you theory, I’m here to help you implement real strategies that work in the real world.

I’m also a big believer that success in real estate is as much about mindset and leadership as it is about sales skills. My goal as a coach is to help agents build sustainable businesses, serve their clients well, and create lives they’re proud of.

Fun Fact

Before real estate, and still to this day, I’ve spent over 35 years playing guitar. I’ve played in numerous bands, recorded with local producers, and performed throughout Pennsylvania and the Hampton Roads area.

Music has taught me a lot about discipline, creativity, and performing under pressure—skills that surprisingly translate very well into building a business and leading a team.
