As a licensed Realtor in South Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa, I bring to the table 20 years of experience. I specialize in representing sellers and buyers in all facets: extensive experience with 1st time Home Buyers, Move-up Buyers, New Construction, inverstor/rental properties, assist with land auctions, and distressed properties including short sales/forclsures. I also understand real estate investments as I personally own multiple rental properties. I have personally closed over 500 homes, as well as in the past been a Broker/Owner of a Real Estate Firm with 6 locations (50+agents) overseeing 2,000+ transactions. I am a proud affiliate of “Homes for Heroes.” I am honored to be a part of such a great organization!

I have 20+ years experience in real estate and even was a broker with upwards of 55 agents working for me - now run a successful team of 10 agents -- also do a ton of investing and Flipping homes as well.

I have twin 15 year old boys that I am training to be realtors or contractors or even real estate investors/flippers -- it is so much fun to help them reach their entrepreneurial goals -- I really love investing in real estate and "finding deals"!
