Who are you and what do you do?
I’m Joshua Ymmanuel Espulgar, a dedicated virtual assistant with two years of proven experience. I provide remote support to clients by managing calendars, emails, data entry, document preparation, customer support, research, meeting coordination, document translation, and various other administrative tasks. My goal is to provide efficient and effective support to help my clients or organization run smoothly.
What is your role or contribution to Club Wealth®?
My role as an admin virtual assistant involves assisting clients in the helpdesk and also doing client care tasks. I am responsible for doing onboarding to new clients, processing client information, and various other tasks.
