Who are you and what do you do?
What is your role or contribution to Club Wealth®?
As an ISA in Clubwealth, our goal is to ensure that we reach out to potential clients and ensure that they will be made aware of the half-day events that will be happening near their location that will further help them in their careers.
What do you enjoy most about being part of Club Wealth®?
The culture is very open, uplifting, and friendly. Radical candor is being valued, which leads us to finding the root cause of the problem or opportunities to make sure that we provide a better call experience to our potential clients. We celebrate each and everyone’s success in our daily huddles, and we encourage everyone to speak up on concerns and provide insights or solutions. What I love most about the company is that we all have a voice, no matter what role we are in. Everyone is encouraged to speak up on ideas and action plans we have. It makes such a difference when you’re working for a company that cares not only for its clients but also its employees.
Also, as someone who values growth, they have been very honest about the opportunities for professional development in the company. It gives us the motivation to do better in our performance and gives something to look forward to.
What are some of your hobbies and interests?
I find fantasy books, movies, or series fascinating. I could get sucked up in a world that I don’t even live in for hours, uninterrupted. I write poems that use wordplays since all poems that I write are based on my personal feelings or experiences, and I wouldn’t want anyone to immediately understand what story I was trying to tell. I have my own Persian cat and chow-chow dog, but even so, most nights I’d sneak out and would bring a can of tuna and would feed stray dogs. I find comfort in knowing that the dogs in my neighborhood are well fed. For some weird reason, every night I’d go outside my house and look at the moon and talk to it as if it would respond back. Doing that helps remove all my worries away. Sometimes I’d even pretend that Peter Pan is real and that he’d take me far away. Who knows? I might be the very next lost girl after Wendy and Jane.
