Entering the Real Estate industry in 1990 as a Leasing Professional, Amanda rapidly climbed the corporate ladder to Regional Property Executive. With a territory expanding throughout the Louisiana and Mississippi Gulf Coast, her portfolio emerged to over 20+ multifamily properties with 2200+ apartment homes. In 2008-2014 Amanda successfully rehabbed, repositioned and supervised the sale of over 100+ million in REO assets. Taking the knowledge from her successful corporate career, in 2016, Amanda formed Eminent Property Management. A full service Property Management Company. In addition to forming Eminent, in 2018, Amanda formed Corporate Housing Experts(CHE) a Short Term Rental Management company. CHE owns, operates and 3rd party manages Airbnb style assets.
