This position will require you be on phone software all day making out going calls to Real Estate agents. You will be inviting them to Live, half day events in their area where our CEO, Michael Hellickson, will be speaking on various Real Estate topics and teaching from his 30+ years of experience, on how to succeed in their chosen field.

Leads will be given to you but all calls will be cold calls. This position requires the following:

Responsibilities:
*Assist in managing various social media accounts- Back end is what we are looking for! Not the content creation and graphics etc.
*Develop ads for social media
*Pay per click
*Facebook ads Manager
*Google ads (GLSA experience preferred)
*Understanding funnel campaigns and digital marketing strategies
*Audience research, audience building, and ad creation
*Audit and optimize new and existing ad campaigns to ensure Club Wealth’s KPI’s are met such as budget spend, timelines, CPL, CPA, ROI’s both short and long term for the length of the campaign
*Identify new opportunities to increase client conversions on a regular basis
*Update team leads via weekly emails with reports on the status of accounts, successes, and strategy moving forward.
*Proactively troubleshooting campaigns that aren’t working and Brainstorming new ads strategies with leadership

That said, we will not be hiring anyone who just has personal social media experience.
