Who are you and what do you do?
I am Ayomide Musa, an energetic self-starter with experience in Customer relations and Virtual Assistant. My skills include Good Communication Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Active Listening Skills, Time Management, Effective Usage of CRM tools, and various other tasks. I excel in providing exceptional service to clients.
What is your role or contribution to Club Wealth®?
As a dedicated member of the company, my role revolves around effectively managing the insider sales agent team. I actively schedule consultations between the prospective client and an RM, keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered, and attempt to contact prospective clients who we have been unable to contact. My versatile skills extend to assisting Relationship managers in doing follow-ups call. Additionally, I lend my expertise to my teammates in coaching and listening to their calls providing them with feedback and best practices to improve our calls. Through these various responsibilities, I strive to contribute to the company’s success and growth.
What do you enjoy most about being part of Club Wealth®?
One of the things I really enjoy about working in this company is the family-like bond we all share, despite working remotely I always feel I am with the team locally and I have the flexibility to work from home which helps in work-life balance. I also have the opportunity to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures which exposes me to different work cultures and environments from the comfort of my home. I appreciate the continuous learning opportunities and the chance to take on new responsibilities, that has given me room to grow and also groom me for the next level. Overall, working in this company has enabled me to be more driven, focused, and goal-oriented.
What are some of your hobbies and interests?
One of my greatest passions is hanging out with friends and family as I love meeting people, and getting to hear them talk and share ideas with each other. Another hobby that I enjoy is Seeing a movie especially sci-fi movie which has a lot of conflict between science and technology, human nature, and social organization and also has to do with a lot of reasoning., Additionally, I am adventurous and like to try out new methods, ideas, and also experiences. Lastly, because of my love for works of art, I also take pleasure in admiring nature, which could be the Sky, flowers, sea, mountains, and other nature or works of art, the beauty, smoothness, fineness, strength and so on sometimes inspires me that I can always be a better version of who I am now.
