Growing up as a military brat, Amber Flynn-Jared has lived all over the world and seen the value of hard work, adaptability, and Lord knows she’s never met a stranger! Amber’s career path has taken an unconventional route as she served her family as a stay-at-home mom until she found herself abruptly and humbly divorced in 2011. Two years later she took the plunge into full time real estate and has been failing forward ever since! Amber is the broker/team leader of her boutique brokerage in the heart of small town USA. After years of personally selling over 100 homes/yr (in a town of 35,000 people), she began her real estate team, The Jared Group. Closing over 500 deals in 2021, The Jared Group is dedicated to five-star service and significant community impact. Amber lives in Cookeville, TN with her saint of a husband, Lynn. Outside of real estate, Amber stays busy serving on numerous boards, attending happy hour, and spending time with her four adult children, four grandbabies, and an overweight English bulldog.
