Why I am Qualified to be Your Coach...
I have been a real estate licensee for over 20 years and I spent a lot of time just getting along figuring it out on my own. After struggling to keep going after so many years, I decided to try coaching (although half-heartedly) and while I saw some progress and small successes, it wasn’t until I decided to follow my coach’s advice and do those things that create consistent success that the big changes happened.
To say that coaching changed my business would be an understatement. Coaching is not a magic pill. Like everything else in life, coaching works to the extent that you work it. Why am I qualified to be your coach? Because I have been where you are now and I know how to get to the next level.
My Perfect Client
I wouldn’t try to define what my perfect coaching client would be other than to say that person should be open to new ideas and ready to implement for access. You will be paying a lot of money for coaching, whether with Club Wealth or any other company. My perfect client would be someone who is smart enough to not throw away good money on a tool and not use it. The status quo may be easier, but
Funny’s funny and if it’s funny, I’m gonna laugh…and you should too. My perfect client will have a sense of humor and be willing and able to laugh and not be so sensitive. We are all in this game together so let’s enjoy ourselves. .
My perfect client will also understand that failure is necessary for success and he/she must be willing to get up, dust themselves off, learn from the past and move on to higher and better outcomes. They must be willing to see the opportunity that can come from failure…to FAIL UP. They must have thick skin because real estate can be a contact sport and knees and elbows (and sometimes feelings) can get hurt. Finally, they must be willing to get out of their comfort zone because that’s where success lives.

Fun Fact
I am a huge Elvis Presley fan, yet I’ve only been to Graceland once. I saw the “new” Elvis move the weekend it opened and the following weekend and I enjoyed it immensely. My style is very much mid century and I like to surround myself with items from that period.
