Why I Am Qualified to Be Your Coach
Linda Welsh has had many years of experience both in production, as an independent real estate brokerage owner, and has also worked under the umbrella of two of the largest real estate companies in the US. Currently she is the Principal / team leader for a real estate team.
Beyond that she has had several years experience as a Real Estate Coach and has enjoyed both the privilege and the reward of helping many real estate professionals achieve their goals and growth - whether that is to grow a team, move into the luxury real estate market, or streamline their processes and utilize the tools and systems that best suit their needs - either as an independent individual producer, or as a team leader, or as a broker/owner.
Linda has been active in Real Estate for almost 30 years, and even in the most challenging markets, has achieved great success. She is a 13 year winner/finalist as a Platinum Top 50 Agent and is recognized in RealTrends as a Top Producing agent. She was also named as a finalist for Realtor of the Year.

Why Choose Club Wealth?
I joined Club Wealth initially in 2019 and served several years as a Coach, and found Club Wealth to be innovative and structured uniquely with their tier based coaching, masterminds and resources. I have immensely enjoyed the relationships and events over the past several years.
Fun Fact
We have traced our family back to 1604 when our ancestors landed at Sandy Hook, and my great great great... Grandfather many generations back had a full fleet of ships including the SS Stowers named after him. When they were at battle, he scuttled his own ship to avoid it falling into enemy control. He would have gone down with the ship as is customary as the Captain... but was saved by a part of an oar and was rescued by his comrades. To this day, one of my family cousins still has that oar, and it is a reminder that the smallest, most insignificant seeming things in our lives have purpose and can change generations in the future.
