Real Estate is Susan Crawford’s passion! Having been a full time REALTOR® since June, 2000, she knows this is her life’s calling. Susan moved to North Carolina’s Triangle region on her birthday in 1999 from Southern Indiana and can’t imagine calling anywhere else home! Susan loves building long lasting relationships with her clients, embodies the protector role and always strives to go above and beyond the “call of duty.” She is an active member of the Durham Regional Association of REALTORS® where she serves on the Grievance Committee, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. She also served as a Director and Secretary for the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Foundation (NCREEF). Susan has one grown daughter, a grandson and is “human mom” to shih tzu Scooby, labradoodle Peyton and her beautiful kitty, Hershey. She is an active member of newhope Church in Durham where she plays clarinet in the chamber orchestra, is an avid baker and custom cake decorator, loves both foreign and domestic travel, scuba diving, and ballroom dancing…and she really wants to be YOUR REALTOR® for life!

Club Wealth is changing my life. I started coaching in September, 2018 and doubled my production from 2018 to 2019 and expect to double again in 2020. Club Wealth has taught me to see beyond my own limiting beliefs and know that I CAN do this crazy business called Real Estate at a super high level. Fun Fact
I am a former country music disc jockey having been the overnight air personality on two number one stations in the Evansville, Indiana metro markets (WYNG 105.3 and WKDQ 99.5). I also have earned my Master Sugar Artist certification from UK based PME and was taught by Chef Nicholas Lodge in Atlanta. Chef Lodge was one of the chefs that worked on Princess Diana & Prince Charles’ Wedding Cake. (I always have been a fan of learning from the BEST! 😉)
