As a real estate agent my job is to help you sell your home and/or help you find the home of your dreams to purchase. I spend my days researching properties throughout Beaufort County so that I can be familiar with the areas that you live in or would like to.
I grew up in the Chicagoland area but shortly after a stint at Purdue I ended up deciding to serve in the United States Air Force. Once my service was complete, I spent some time in South Florida where I met my wife and the mother of my two beautiful children. Together we’ve lived in Southwest Florida, Oregon, and then Northwest Indiana before determining that the Lowcountry lifestyle was where we wanted to call home once and for all and raise our boy and girl.
My professional life over the past 20 years or so, prior to be working in real estate, has been spent as a salesman for business management software solutions specifically to the construction / steel industry. During that time I learned that being a salesman isn’t just “talking good” but rather having the ability to listen and understand what my clients’ are looking for so that I can effectively determine if I can provide assistance. Certainly there are times when I’m not able to help I’ll be the first to tell you if that’s the case, however nothing makes me happier than partnering up with people to see them achieve their goals by solving a problem that most others couldn’t.
Why I am Qualified to be Your Coach...
I’ve spent the last 20 years of my life in sales and building sales teams. I take the sales profession seriously and have studied it to try and overcome the publics perception of sales as “negative”. For the vast majority of my sales career, either while running my own software sales consultancy business (15 years) or as a real estate agent (5 years), I’ve either had a coach or been a coach through one system or another. These tools help me to run my own real estate team (The Love Group) which I’m working to grow and have helped me to close over 40 deals a year throughout the past few years. I believe that I excel at understanding the details that make a successful agent and have a significant understanding of systems and processes. With these skills that I’ve developed, and continue to hone, I’m certain that I can help you in your business.

My perfect client is a driven salesperson who wants to achieve a better life, both personally and professionally. One who is willing and open to change and who understands that none of us are masters of our fields and that there is always room for improvement. My current hobby of choice is billiards (pool). I play in both a 9-ball and 8-ball league and have on multiple occasions won trips to Las Vegas to play in National tournaments. On the side, I play bass for fun (used to be in a band but unfortunately outgrew that) and spend any free weekend time I have with the family out on the Lowcountry rivers in our boat.
