Lisa Norton is a Broker Associate with eXp Realty in Destin, FL. She specializes in residential, second home, investment, and resort real estate sales. She values creating an enhanced marketing experience to give out-of-state clients a unique vision of life in her market. Her goal is to make her clients feel as if they are a part of the community before they even move.
Lisa fell into real estate by chance while working as a notary processing loan documents for home refi loans, and she hasn’t looked back. She was named the ECAR FWB Realtor of the Year in 2007 and 2012; served as the Local Chapter President of WCR Emeral Coast Chapter in 2010, for which she was also the Member of the Year in 2008 and the Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013; won WCR Florida State Chapter’s Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2014; was the District 8/9 Vice President in 2015; and was ECAR’s Property Manager of the Year in 2019.

Why I am Qualified to be Your Coach...
I started in real estate in 2004 as a Buyer’s Agent for one of our area’s top producers. He not only shared his vast wealth of knowledge and experience, but also ensured I would be ready for anything from overcoming objections to fine tuning my negotiating strategies. Over the years I have “unofficially coached” my peers when asked and helped get them through difficult times. I was co-owner of a boutique brokerage before merging with one of the top big box brand brokerages. I then went on to serve as Sales manager for 3 different offices, 2 within the same brokerage, and one for another boutique. I have also served as a property manager and although not where my passion is, I truly gained respect for those who do it and do it well!
My Perfect Client
My perfect client is the one who is willing to be open to new ideas and to try view things from a different perspective. To take an idea or suggestion and make it their own! I personally like accountability as it ensures I will put in the effort meet the goals my coach and I have set and grow my business. I mean, isn’t that why one gets a coach?
