Jordan Terrell

Tier 2 Coach


In 18 short months, Jordan Terrell has gone from getting his Colorado real estate license to building a team of 10 and closing 153 transactions, 69 in 2018, and on track to close 100 in 2019. After spending years in the non-profit sector, his passion for serving people continues in real estate as he maintains a service-driven approach geared toward the importance of community and relationships.

Jordan’s attraction for real estate started early, buying his first investment property at 25. His success can be attributed to his expertise in networking, entrepreneurial wiring, and willingness to constantly learn. Jordan’s diverse background allows him to provide insights and exceptional client experiences.

Personally, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 sons. When he’s not at home or at the office, Jordan can be found on the fairway at any of the beautiful golf courses that Denver and the Front Range has to offer.
