Brian Beatty, President and Lead Agent of the Brian Beatty Team, became licensed in 2006 and has been ranked in the Top 1% of all Realtors in Charleston, SC since 2009.

After earning Entrepreneur of the Year in Charleston, SC in 2006 for creating an online real estate marketing company he obtained his real estate license. 3 years after being in the business and at the young age of 24 Brian had already propelled himself to the top 1% of Agents in Charleston, SC where he has remained ever since.

In 2011, Brian was the #1 Agent in the Southeastern US for # of transactions and sales volume. In 2012, Brian began investing in real estate (flips and rentals) and started The Brian Beatty Real Estate Show on 1250 WTMA and WTMA.com.

Now, Brian owns and operates one of the most successful real estate Teams in the Carolinas, hosts the #1 real estate radio show in the Carolinas, invests regularly in real estate (flips, rentlas, private money loans) and is a real estate coach for Club Wealth.

Over the course of his career, Brian has represented over 1,000 homeowners and over $500,000,000 in real estate volume.
