Maggie Fontes – Director of Customer Relations

 Maggie Fontes’ real estate career started when she was only 19 years old. For over 15 years, she has been involved in the real estate process from start to finish (and everything in-between), including mortgage, escrow, land development, new construction, real estate law, real estate sales & marketing and administrative management & support for many of the Northwest’s top Real Estate Agents, including the #1 agent in Washington State, Michael Hellickson.
For the last couple of years, Maggie’s focus was Office Manager and REO Supervisor for Hellickson Real Estate, which consisted of over 40 employees and in excess of 500 bank owned properties with over 25 different banks as clients.
Maggie feels blessed to be able to share her experience with real estate brokers, agents and team leaders worldwide as the Client Care Coordinator for ClubWealth Coaching and Consulting. Her vast and varied knowledge base has proven valuable to ClubWealth clients and to the entire team.
Maggie resides in Lake Tapps, Washington with her husband, three boys and cockapoo, Charlie, where she is actively involved in year round sporting events with family and volunteering in the children’s schools and her local community.

 


Kathie Conlee – Accounting Manager

Born in North Dakota, Kathie Conlee moved to Washington State at a very young age and has called the Pacific Northwest home ever since.
Prior to joining the Hellickson Team, where she managed all aspects of the accounting and bookkeeping process, Kathie’s work took her through virtually every area of retail, construction and real estate bookkeeping. Kathie prides herself on an attitude of constant learning, application and organization. Despite her depth of knowledge, Kathie has remained a very coachable individual who consistently strives to bring an open mind with her to every conversation.
Kathie enjoys spending time with her family, and shares, on a daily basis, a story about one of her grandchildren. She enjoys magnifying her talents in everything from sewing a pillow case to a wedding gown, to making jewelry. She was even an “extra” on Northern Exposure, a television show filmed in Roslyn, Washington!

 

Megan Maberry - Director of Technology & Social Media Support

Megan Maberry grew up on a berry farm in a small town in Washington State.  She worked on the family farm from ages 9-22 holding several positions from berry picker to lab technician.  After high school, Megan attended Central Washington University, where she majored in Information Technology and Administrative Management.  From there, she did a short internship as an IT specialist at a major theme park in Washington.  Megan is super excited to be in her dream job as the ClubWealth® Team Director of Technology and Social Media Support.  She spent the last year before moving into her amazing job with ClubWealth® running the valuations department for Michael Hellickson’s ridiculously successful real estate office, Hellickson Real Estate.
Megan currently resides in Bonney Lake, WA and spends her free time with her friends, family, and her small pack of animals.  She also enjoys traveling to her family’s cabin in eastern Washington.
